Venta Association VentaFax is a fax and answering machine software that comes with great, full features. It can send and receive fax as well as voice messages through a fax modem or an Internet. Furthermore, it can send and receive either color or black and white faxes. Other great features include the retrieval of voice messages and fax from any touchtone phone, optional Caller ID, recording of any phone conversation, and forwarding of faxes or email messages as file attachment on an email. There are two versions of this software product available which are home version and business version. Home version VentaFax has friendly user interface with controls and buttons just like a standard fax machine. It also has support for voice mailboxes and recognition of voice, data and fax mode. The business version has other features to offer which are automatic sending of fax and voice message in a single or multiple destinations, conversion of faxes (incoming) to PDF documents and the creation of Interactive Voice Response or IVR system.
