ActivInspire is software that was developed by Promethean Ltd. which is usually being used by educators. It functions with the use of touch and pen which adds encouragement to the students to participate more in the lessons. The software features a dual interface wherein the user can switch from Primary to Studio depending on its audience. ActivInspire has an equation editor feature which allows its users to add different types of mathematical equations using a Flipchart; it also has a built-in ActivExpression2 which is being used for more complex types of mathematical equations. ActivInspire runs using Linux, Windows and Mac. The software has the features wherein you can customize the profile that you want to use depending on the lesson requirements as well as your style of teaching.
