ActiveState Komodo IDE is a cross-platform integrated development program with debugging tools. ActiveState Komodo Edit is an open-source editor for various languages of code, including PHP, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, Perl, XML, Tcl, Python, Ruby on Rails, and Web Dev.
