Norsys Netica

Netica is an application created by Norsys Software Corporation and handles with diagrams and belief networks. Files having .DNE extension are identified with Netica, a known Bayesian program that focuses on medicine, ecology, business and engineering. This program is also capable of presenting a network in a variety of ways. Variables that don’t produce interest can be subtracted without affecting the result of the variables. The links between variables may be measured as probabilities which are presented in equations or from established data. Essentially, any given situation of which there is a limited idea, Netica will find for the exact answers and values for variables that are measured as unknown. This in turn is expressed in meters and bar graphs which enables the user to analyze and deduce. Bayesian is a term referred to an 18th century by a theologian and mathematician named Thomas Bayes, who gave the first mathematical solution of a nontrivial problem of Bayesian inference which was later on sustained by another French mathematician named Pierre Simon Laplace which is currently known as Bayesian probability.
