CT summation is an application used for analyzing, organizing and searching case information. IT supports different kinds of formats such as documents (both paper and electronic formats), transcripts (with video or text only) depending on the evidence which were given. It has the capability to load and attach e-mails for Microsoft Outlook or from the Lotus Notes from IBM. The Petrification toolset will convert documents and e-mails into an image format. This software can also access the databases such as Microsoft SQL server 7 and Microsoft Access remotely, which allows to access on a master case database too. CT Summation has built- in character recognition tool.
