Answers to your Quick Checklist Questions: 1. Firewall not disabled when license code manually entered to activate, 2)code may be inactive due space violation, 4) cannot find your email purchase confirmation, 5) License valid? -- expired or refunded not listed, 6) was using the program version sent with the purchase on Jan 11,2014. Very frustrating trying to Activate this program. This purchased program was installed on this computer ONLY (H8-1213c), NO installation performed on any other computer. Our records show that we responded to your support request on the 24th of January but didn\'t hear back from you with the outcome.

In any case, we have reset your license key to help you successfully reactivate Registry Reviver on your HP desktop and have sent you a quick note via email.
