Firewall not disabled when license code manually entered to activate, 2)code may be inactive due space violation, 4) cannot find your email purchase confirmation, 5) License valid? -- expired or refunded not listed, 6) was using the program version sent with the purchase on Jan 11,2014. Very frustrating trying to Activate this program. This purchased program was installed on this computer ONLY (H8-1213c), NO installation performed on any other computer.
