Learn how to uninstall the software in a few easy steps!

Uninstalling the program through the Control Panel

1. Go to: Start Menu > Settings > Click on Control Panel

Start Menu > Click on Control Panel

2. In the Control Panel window, double-click the Add or Remove Programs icon

3. You should now be presented with the Add or Remove Programs window, listing all the programs installed on your computer. Simply select the program you wish to remove and click on the Remove or Uninstall button

4. This should bring up a window offering the option of repairing or removing the program.
Make sure Remove is selected and click on the Next button.

Follow the prompts till the uninstallation is complete and you will notice that the program has been removed from the list of programs installed on your computer.

Make sure you exit the program completely, before uninstalling it:

If the program has been minimized to the System Tray, you will need to close the application completely, before you can uninstall the software program.

What or Where is the System Tray?

The System Tray or the Notifications Area is located at the bottom-right corner of your screen, beside the System Time.

What do I do now?

Look for the program icon in your System Tray, double-click or right-click on the icon , select Close or Exit.

This should completely close the program, allowing you to successfully uninstall the software.

Additional ways of removing the software from your computer:

If you are having trouble uninstalling the software normally, please follow the suggestions given below.

* Uninstalling the software from the installation directory:

1. Go to the location (installation directory) of the installed software and look for the Uninstall.exe file.

For example:
C: \ Program Files \ ReviverSoft \ Registry Reviver \
(OR)
C: \ Program Files (x86) \ReviverSoft \ Registry Reviver \

2. Double-click the Uninstall.exe file to start the uninstallation process of the software.

3. If you are unable to run the Uninstall.exe file, you may delete the entire ReviverSoft folder.

* Unable to uninstall the software due to missing or corrupted files ?

The best way to tackle this problem is to download and install the software again, over the existing installation on your computer (same installation path) and then repeat the uninstallation process as shown above.

This helps in replacing any missing or corrupted files required for the program uninstallation.
