                                Hi Kevin,

Go to the Start Search box, type in Regedit. Scroll to : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList If you click on the SID (Security Identifier) in the left pane, on the right pane, go to Profile Image Path and it will show you the name of the user. Example: ProfileImagePath - C:\Users\Administrator. If you can match the SID, then you can delete that user. Don't delete if you are not confident of deleting the correct user account. Be sure to make a backup of your registry or a system restore point before making any changes in the registry. I hope this helps. Thanks! Your comment is very logical, and that's why I did it, it lets me delete that user, but when I go back to open properties it reappears.
